With a focused and modest beginning, we have reached our first milestone in providing specialized fasteners to the supporting and electronics industries both in Singapore and overseas alike. 1994 witnessed the setting up of CT-Tech and have since been answering customer’s individual challenges. Since the global trends towards advanced electronics and medical products and the start of product miniaturization in the mid 90s, our customer’s products have become smaller and more complex and intricate, so must our parts and our capabilities.

For many years in the industry, CT-TECH PTE LTD maintained its commitment towards the customers by constantly reviewing the range of products as well as increasing the research capabilities to meet the rising demand for customisation. The success of the company does not comes on its own but from customers who gave their understandings and supports. In return, the company seek to provide more support services like dedicating parts of the production to allow the customers to enjoy a better lead time.

From threaded machined products with general turning tolerance to exacting standards, we work in all common ferrous and non-ferrous metals to material like Titanium. Besides supplying metal components to the computer related industries which Singapore have been active in, we also recognized the growing needs for specialty components for dental and medical instruments to audiology equipments and constantly uphold our competitiveness to make ourselves a valuable business asset to our customers.

Organisation- Growth And Expansion

Our first decade see a tremendous global demand for electrical, electronics and medical equipment and along, the growth of CT-Tech. Recruitments of specialized staff to better satisfy customers needs and more sophisticated gauging equipment were deployed to ensure quality parts of increasing higher specifications are controlled. Modern technology like the Bar-coding system was implemented to increase level of productivity and inventory management. Innovative lot coding systems ensures full product traceability. The continuance effort to stay ahead of the global change is reflected by our team of dedicated and committed staff who whole-heartedly put through the ISO Management Quality training and having attained the ISO 9001 certification in year 2002.

We see our strength in being specialized, focus and people orientated in serving our valuable customers. On-going product and technical training to better equip staff to full competency in their roles and responsibility. The company is also one that believes in harnessing the capabilities of modern computer technology to enhance office productivity. An annual investment budget of 5% of the total revenue are set aside for new information systems, computer security, disaster recovery systems and manpower training.
